All Ginger Lily dresses are brand new, top quality, and have been purchased from top retail manufacturers. We provide excellent quality, unique styles, at great prices. Please keep in mind that because we try to provide unique memories, dresses may not be available in all sizes. All brand new, in store dress purchases are final sale, no exceptions.
We guarantee all formal dresses and gowns have been fully inspected, cleaned, and are free of any odors (i.e smoke) faulty, broke parts such as zippers, buttons, torn fabrics, and missing beads.
Shipping
Items in stock ships immediately after order is placed and payment is received. Shipping usually takes 8-10 business days due to special packaging and preparations for our dresses. Special orders on plus size dresses and dresses not in stock, please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping. Peak seasons including but not limited to holidays and prom may cause for shipment delays and may vary. We recommend special orders are placed well in advance or at least 2 months prior to your special occasion. Peak seasons may also cause an increase in shipment fees at which case the customer will be responsible for all shipment fees. Feel free to contact us direct to find out an item's availability.
Bridal gowns that are available at the warehouse usually takes 8-10 business days. Special order gowns that are not in stock takes between 4-6 months for shipping depending on the dress manufacturer. Plus size dresses may take longer and may incur additional fees due to the use of additional materials such as fabrics, beading, embroidery, etc. We encourage all of our customers to place bridal orders at a minimum of 6 months in advance.
SPECIAL ORDERS
All customers will need to complete a special-order form when placing special orders. A 50% down payment, EXACT DAY of your special occasion, size, and color, must be submitted with the special-order form, NO EXCEPTIONS! Special order gowns must be placed at least 3 months in advance. Due to size variations per the dress manufacturer and/or brand, to ensure there are no issues with sizing, all customers will be measured by a Ginger Lily expert in accordance with the size chart of the dress brand in which they are purchasing.
Due to limited space, we are unable to store special order items past 7 days. All special orders must be picked up within 7 days of arriving to the store. No person other than the name on the invoice will be allowed to pick-up items unless otherwise noted. Assigned person must show valid ID upon pick-up.
If you are unable to pick up your items within the first 7 days of arrival to the store, it must be communicated with store associate, failure to communicate will result in items being returned to warehouse. Items not picked up within 7 days of arrival with no communication will be automatically cancelled and returned to the warehouse with entire deposit being forfeited and non-refundable. All special-order items are non-returnable. 
SHIPPING INSPECTION
Shipping Fees
All lightweight dresses will ship for a flat rate of $50. Prom, Bridal, MOB, Evening, and Ballgowns will incur an additional $25 due to weight variations. Please understand that there may be additional shipping fees due to the weight of certain gowns including but not limited to bridal and ball gowns. Return Policy
Due to the delicateness of our dresses, all in store purchases are final sale, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not completely satisfied with your ship-to-store purchase you may return the dress for a store credit. Please understand there are certain restrictions that qualifies for in-store credit, and we do have a right to refuse in-store credit exchanges. In store credits will only apply if items have not been removed from store by customer as we do not accept returns. Cash refunds are only issued on a case-by-case basis including but not limited to wrong item was received, incorrect measurements, item arrived damaged or defective. Refund credits will not be issued if we are not made aware of an issue with your item within 7 days of items arriving at the store. Credits can be applied toward any item in the store and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of inspecting items.
Special Orders
Please be 100% sure and satisfied with your selection at the time of purchase. Special order dresses that are fit and measured especially for a customer cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. If an item arrives and measurements are incorrect, item is damaged or defective, Ginger Lily will issue a refund. Please understand cash is refunded and credits are issued on a case-by-case basis and Ginger Lily has a right to refuse a cash refund, credit issuance, or exchange. All special-order items must be tried on in store by the customer purchasing the item and any issue or discrepancy must be addressed at the time of pick-up before leaving the store. Returned, online dress purchases will be thoroughly examined by a Ginger Lily sales associate and must not show any signs of wear and tags must be still attached. Returned dresses must be in excellent, new, never worn, condition as received at the time of delivery. Dresses must not be damaged, soiled, stained, torn, and be free of offensive odors (i.e. smoke). To protect Ginger Lily dresses during transit, please return all merchandise in the original Ginger Lily garment bag. Outside packaging and boxes can be used at your discretion. Return and packing instructions are included in original packaging. Shipping fees to return items are the customer's responsibility and we will not refund shipping fees. *Currently, we are not allowing online purchases, all purchases must be made in-store.
Layaway Policy
A convenient and easy way to help you stay within your budget and purchase your dress.
Ginger Lily 30-day layaway requires a 30% down-payment with a minimum purchase of $100. Payment installments are at your discretion; however final payment is due on or before day 30 of the initial payment date. Layaway cancellation will automatically require a 30% forfeiture fee of the entire purchase amount.
